The Ram Dass Fellowship in Athens, Georgia, is part of a global network of community-led satsangs supported by the Love Serve Remember Foundation (LSRF). Our local group offers a welcoming space for individuals to explore the teachings of Ram Dass and Neem Karoli Baba through shared meditation, discussion, and spiritual practice. Rooted in the principles of love, service, and remembrance, we gather to deepen our connection to the heart and to one another. Whether you're new to the path or a longtime seeker, all are welcome to join us in cultivating presence, compassion, and community.

Hi, I’m Allison — holistic practitioner, nutritionist, herbalist, naturopathic caoch, and founder of All is One. My passion for holistic health didn’t start from a textbook… it started from personal experience. For years, I dealt with fatigue, anxiety, depression, burnout, hormonal imbalance, brain fog, and skin issues, and kept getting the same generic answers: “Everything looks normal.” I tried quick fixes, supplements, diets, and protocols — but nothing addressed the real root cause of what was happening in my body. That frustration is what led me to dive deeper into root-cause healing, functional wellness, and holistic testing-based support. Now, I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or dismissed finally get clarity through a deeper approach, one that focuses on the why behind their symptoms, not just managing them. At All is One, I specialize in helping clients uncover imbalances through HTMA / functional testing / mineral balancing / herbal support / nutrition and mindset coaching and creating a clear step-by-step plan that supports real, sustainable healing.

My mission is simple: help you understand your body, identify what’s actually holding you back, and build a path forward that feels empowering — not confusing. If you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like yourself, you’re not broken… you just need the right strategy and I would be honored to help you find it! Allison empowers others to reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms through lifestyle shifts, mindful nutrition, and a grounded mindset. Her work centers on HTMA lab testing and the healing power of plants—supporting detoxification, clean eating, and healthy movement.

Inspired by her journey from over prescribed and unheard, and her son’s transformation from nonverbal to communicative, Allison shares how herbs and holistic practices can open pathways to wellness, connection, and true healing.

For her, plants aren’t just remedies, they’re medicine, story, and hope.
